• Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling; track the recruitment process and maintain recruitment data;
• C&B & Administration Support: Assist with attendance data compilation, employee file maintenance, social insurance and housing fund administration, and general office administration;
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee activities and company culture initiatives; assist with internal communications and employee care programs;
• Complete other HR-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications
• Currently enrolled undergraduate student (postgraduate preferred); majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred;
• Available at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 consecutive months;
• Good English reading and writing skills; able to handle English emails and documents;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Passionate about HR; prior internship or campus project experience is a plus. What We Offer
