HR Intern

About the role

EPG ENGINEERING SYSTEM SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented HR Intern to join our team in Gelang Patah Johor. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in daily operations and gain hands-on exposure across various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing administrative support for HR processes, including talent acquisition, payroll, training & development and employee records management
2. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
3. Coordinating and participating in employee engagement activities and initiatives
4. Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
6. Maintaining a strong understanding of labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance
7. Supporting the HR team in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed

What we're looking for

1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain and update HR databases and records
