HR Intern

We are seeking an HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute, and build a strong foundation in human resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Support onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in HR policies, procedures, and compliance tasks
• Support employee engagement and internal initiatives
• Coordinate training sessions and HR activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
• Strong interest in human resources and people operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
