About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, sourcing candidates, and working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

You will get hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, from finding and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, communication and overall suitability.
• Conduct initial screening calls and cold calls with potential candidates.
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, eligibility, location, work timings and other relevant details to candidates.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate interview slots between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth movement of candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate information, interview schedules and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, feedback, documentation and joining.
• Support the recruitment team in achieving daily/weekly sourcing and hiring targets.
• Assist with other Talent Acquisition and HR activities as required.

• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
