Job Description

• Assist the HR team with recruitment and hiring activities.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Maintain employee and candidate records and documentation.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR department.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining MIS data.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
