GENERAL PURPOSE

HR Intern :

To support the Human Resources team in recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement, and HR administrative activities while gaining practical experience in HR operations.

1. MAIN FUNCTION

HR Intern : Support HR operations by assisting in recruitment, HR administration, employee engagement activities, social media management, and employer branding initiatives.

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Intern :

• Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
• Manage HR BATA social media platforms, including video editing and creating promotional materials.
• Provide administrative and documentation support for HR operations.

3. QUALIFICATIONS & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

HR Intern :

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good command of both Thai and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and video editing tools.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Working Arrangement

• Hybrid working model (Work from Home 2–3 days per week).
