About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support end-to-end recruitment activities and gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete hiring cycle — from job posting to offer rollout — while assisting with day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Post job openings across various job portals and platforms
• Source and screen candidates based on role requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Create and issue offer letters to selected candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience
• Assist with other day-to-day HR administrative tasks as required

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/pursuing graduation (HR specialization preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
