What they need
- Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
- Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents
- Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events
- Help prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to HR-related inquiries
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Must be able to provide MOA.
- Can start on September or as soon as possible
- Willing to work onsite at Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City.
