• About the Role Trinex Global is looking for a driven student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on reps with live HR operations and people processes before stepping into their first full-time role. You will work directly with our core HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives—no simulated case studies or busywork.
• Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles; coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams. Onboarding & Documentation: Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding kits, and maintaining employee records and HR databases. Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of engagement activities, feedback surveys, and internal communications. Operational Integration: Attend weekly HR reviews to observe how your work directly influences hiring and people decisions.
• Qualifications & Requirements Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA (HR), Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with core Excel/Google Sheets functionality (basic formulas, data organization, tracking sheets). Technical Curiosity: High willingness to learn ATS tools, HRMS platforms, and recruitment sourcing techniques in a live environment. Availability: Able to commit 10–15 hours per week for a 4 to 8-week duration.
