HR Intern

About the role

The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR Department in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in employee documentation, recruitment coordination, records management, and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and screening applicants
• Help maintain and organize employee 201 files and HR documents
• Encode and update employee information in HR databases or monitoring files
• Assist in onboarding and pre-employment requirements monitoring
• Support filing, scanning, and documentation tasks
• Help prepare HR reports, memos, and other administrative documents
• Assist during employee engagement activities and company events
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently taking up Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related course
• Required by school to complete internship/OJT hours
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can maintain confidentiality of HR documents and employee information
