HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various Human Resource functions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
• Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
• Prepare and manage HR-related documents and reports.
• Support daily HR operations and employee engagement activities.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining.
• Assist the HR team in maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Recruitment & HR processes.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with internship or recruitment experience will be preferred.
