HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support our recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable interacting with candidates, and have a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify suitable candidates for various open positions.
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact and communicate with potential candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with other day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
• Freshers and candidates with prior recruitment experience are welcome.
