Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Intern to support recruitment, employee records, onboarding, communication, and daily HR activities while gaining practical experience in human resources.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, screening, and scheduling of interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with daily administrative and HR activities.
• Support employee engagement and internal communication.
• Help coordinate meetings, training, and other HR-related activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Perform other duties assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn and develop HR skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous HR experience is an advantage but not required.
