Fast-Track Permanent Employment Pathway

We cultivate our future engineering & business leaders! Upon completing Stage 1, top-performing interns who exhibit technical mastery, discipline, and strong output are evaluated for full-time employment offers at UR Technology.

Evaluation Criteria: Overall performance, technical/professional skills, attendance, learning ability, discipline, project contribution, and business requirements.

• Such employment, if offered, will be subject to a separate employment/offer letter containing the applicable position, salary, benefits, terms and conditions. Completion of the internship does not guarantee permanent employment.

About The Role Kickstart your career in Human Resources at UR Technology. Over 3 to 6 months, you will shadow Senior HR Managers, acquire real-world experience in tech talent acquisition, candidate screening, onboarding workflows, and employee engagement.

Stage 1 — The Internship Accelerator (Duration: 3 - 6 Months): 100% practical HR & operations experience under an assigned Senior HR Mentor. Includes resume screening, interview scheduling, HR portal management, and an official Internship Completion Certificate upon satisfactory completion. No stipend.

Stage 2 — Full-Time Permanent Employment Opportunity: Standout HR interns displaying strong interpersonal skills, organizational discipline, prompt communication, and exceptional execution will be fast-tracked for full-time HR Coordinator or Talent Acquisition Associate job offers.

What You'll Do

• Assist HR leads in sourcing candidates for engineering, design, and business roles across LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in designing and executing employee onboarding experiences, orientation packs, and engagement activities.
• Maintain meticulous HR records, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and internal communication channels.
• Help drive employer branding initiatives on social media and university campus outreach programs.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Psychology, or related fields.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple interview schedules simultaneously.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic HR/recruiting workflows.
