This is not just a certificate-based internship!

You will get practical exposure to the end-to-end recruitment and manpower consultancy process, including candidate sourcing, screening, coordination and recruitment operations.

You will work closely with the recruitment team and understand how professional recruitment is handled in a real corporate environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media and other recruitment channels

Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements

Conduct initial candidate communication and coordinate with shortlisted candidates

Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and recruiters/clients

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records

Make recruitment-related calls and follow up with candidates

Understand job descriptions and candidate requirements

Assist in posting vacancies on different recruitment platforms

Coordinate for candidate documents and maintain proper records

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection and joining

Assist the recruitment team in bulk hiring and manpower requirements

Learn the fundamentals of Gulf / International Recruitment

Support the team in day-to-day recruitment and HR activities
