HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Support daily HR and administrative activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and reports.
• Assist in attendance and leave management.
• Communicate with employees regarding HR-related matters.
• Support the HR team in various recruitment and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month
