Eligibility: Freshers or candidates with prior internship experience in HR; currently pursuing graduation (final year students preferred); must be based in Delhi

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: Rs.10000 per month

About the Role:
Merits Capital is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and coordination activities. This is a great opportunity for someone pursuing graduation to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze hiring needs across departments in coordination with hiring managers
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct initial telephonic/screening rounds to assess candidate fit
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interview panels
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience
• Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational HR tasks
• Support in documentation, onboarding coordination, and other ad-hoc HR activities as required

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing graduation (any stream); freshers or those with prior internship experience in HR/recruitment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to work from office, based in Delhi
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
