• Assist in posting job advertisements on relevant channels, screening CVs, contacting candidates, and coordinating interview schedules between applicants and interviewers.
• Prepare necessary documents and materials for new hires, support orientation on company policies and procedures, and assist with employee integration during the first working days.
• Help organize, update, and maintain employee files, labor contracts, and HR databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Support the preparation of HR documents and reports, participate in internal events and employee engagement activities, and carry out other tasks as assigned by the HR department.
• Other projects as assigned

• Education and/or Experience
• 3rd or 4th year student, or fresh graduate from universities/colleges with majors related to Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
• Passionate about and motivated to develop a career in Human Resources.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Hardworking, proactive, and responsible in assigned tasks.
• Ability to work independently and handle basic problem-solving.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
