HR Intern

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition and wants hands-on exposure to the end-to-end hiring process.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and business teams to support sourcing, screening, coordinating, and delivering a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles and functions.
• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial outreach.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely movement across different stages of the hiring process.
• Support in creating and posting job descriptions across relevant hiring platforms.
• Assist with candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct basic market mapping and talent research for critical roles.
• Support the team with recruitment reports, MIS, and other TA-related documentation.
• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, as required.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and online sourcing platforms.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
