HR INTERN

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee documentation, and daily HR administrative tasks. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different areas of HR, particularly recruitment and employee coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and social media.
• Screen and organize applicant resumes and other recruitment documents.
• Contact applicants for initial interviews and interview scheduling.
• Assist with employee and applicant records, filing, and documentation.
• Support HR activities such as onboarding and employee coordination.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, forms, and other administrative documents.
• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications:

• Currently taking a BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Must be required to complete an internship/OJT as part of the school curriculum.
• Preferably with a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from the school.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Can start ASAP.
• Willing to report onsite at DGPI Head Office, Quezon City.
• Internship allowance: ₱150 per day, receivable every cut-off.
