Spherox Learning is a growing organization operating across education, digital platforms, and new-age experiences, with multiple initiatives under its ecosystem

We are looking for an HR Intern who wants to experience what HR actually looks like inside a growing organization from finding the right people and managing the hiring process to onboarding, team coordination, employee engagement, and building better HR systems.

This is not an internship where you'll simply observe how HR works.

You'll be involved, you'll interact with people, and you'll have the opportunity to take ownership.

What You'll Work On

You'll be involved in recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring across different roles.

You'll also support onboarding, documentation, employee records, team coordination, and internal communication.

As you grow into the role, you'll get exposure to performance reviews, employee engagement, HR processes, and building systems that help the organization work better.

You'll also have opportunities to take ownership of HR projects and initiatives based on your skills, initiative, and performance.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Genuinely interested in HR, recruitment, and working with people.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates and team members.
• Organized and good at managing tasks and follow-ups.
• Responsible and capable of working independently.
• Willing to take ownership.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn.

Interns demonstrating strong performance, consistency, ownership, reliability, and meaningful contribution may be eligible for a performance-based bonus during the internship.

Performance will be reviewed periodically based on the quality of work, initiative, consistency, and overall contribution.
