HR Intern

Join Eduport as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role involves continuous screening and follow-up calls with applicants, interview scheduling, and coordination throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous screening and follow-up calls with applicants.
• Screen and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate with applicants and internal teams.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and status updates.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant progress and status.
• Ensure a seamless and professional applicant experience throughout the process.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Preferred Qualification: MBA Graduate
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
• Ability to work in an in-person environment.
