HR Intern

• Assist the HR team with recruitment tasks, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and updating applicant records.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and coordinating with new hires.
• Organize employee files and help maintain accurate HR records and databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, memos, and internal communications.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and company programs.
• Help monitor attendance and handle other HR administrative tasks.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
