Role & Learning Overview:

We are offering a 3-month remote learning internship for students seeking practical HR experience and/or academic credit through their university.

As an HR Intern at TaskNera, you will work closely with our recruitment and HR operations team in a flexible environment designed around your educational goals. You will gain direct exposure to talent sourcing, candidate screening, HR administration, and client management while receiving 1-on-1 mentorship.

What You Will Learn & Contribute:

• Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Learn candidate search strategies using platforms like LinkedIn and job boards to build active candidate pipelines.
• Resume Screening & Shortlisting: Assist in reviewing applications, matching candidate qualifications against job descriptions, and scheduling interviews.
• HR Operations & Admin: Gain hands-on experience maintaining HR databases, tracking applicant progress in ATS software, and drafting client updates.
• Mentorship & Feedback: Participate in weekly 1-on-1 check-ins with HR specialists to set learning goals, review assignments, and receive performance feedback.
• Portfolio Building: Complete an end-of-term HR project (e.g., developing a candidate sourcing strategy or onboarding guide) to showcase your skills to future employers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or seeking academic credit).
• Passion for human resources, recruitment, and organizational management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational/time-management abilities suited for a remote setup.
• Access to a laptop/computer and a stable internet connection.
