JOB DESCRIPTION – HR INTERN

Position: HR Intern
Duration: 5 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Home & Office)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who wants to gain practical experience in Human Resources. The intern will get hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and prepare shortlisted candidate lists.
• Conduct initial candidate communication and coordinate interviews.
• Assist with joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Maintain employee and recruitment-related records and documentation.
• Support attendance, leave and other basic HR operations.
• Coordinate with employees and candidates for HR-related requirements.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers and MIS using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Support HR activities related to employee engagement and communication.
• Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment databases.
• Learn and support HR policies, processes and compliance-related activities.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed Graduation / MBA / PGDM / MPMIR / MSW / HR-related course.
• Freshers and candidates looking to start a career in HR are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace will be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
