HR Intern

About the role

As an HR Intern, you will be exposed to various HR functions, with a primary focus on Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Engagement. This role is ideal for students who want to develop their HR knowledge and gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
• Support the onboarding process by assisting with pre-employment requirements, documentation, and other relevant activities.
• Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support for various HR activities and projects.
• Gain exposure to other HR functions as needed, such as Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Timekeeping.
• Perform other HR-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

About you

• Currently a 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• Open to both academic and voluntary internships but academic internships are preferred.
• Willing to complete a minimum of 300 internship hours.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle confidential information.
