WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN HR INTERN
Not looking for someone who just wants to “do an internship.”
We’re looking for someone who wants to learn how startups actually build teams, hire people, solve problems, and create culture.

ROLE: HR INTERN
DURATION: 3 MONTHS
WORK MODE: ON-SITE
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Source and screen candidates
* Coordinate interviews
* Work on recruitment and talent acquisition
* Support employee engagement initiatives
* Assist with HR operations and documentation
* Get exposure to real startup challenges and decisions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who is:
* Curious, proactive and hungry to learn
* A good communicator
* Comfortable taking ownership
* Interested in building a career in HR
* A student or recent graduate in HR, MBA, PGDM or a related field
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
