Location: Chennai

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Experience: Freshers / MBA HR Graduates are welcome

Role Description :

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for MBA HR graduates or aspiring HR professionals to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and workplace management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Support employee engagement and internal HR activities.
• Prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with different teams regarding HR requirements.
• Assist in day-to-day HR administrative activities.
• Help implement HR policies and processes.

Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
