HR Intern

• Support HR team in preparing HR-related presentations, materials, and content using Canva, PowerPoint, or other design tools.
• Assist in creating visual content for internal communication, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR programs.
• Support the preparation and organization of HR documents, reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Assist the Recruitment team with basic recruitment activities, such as posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate data.
• Support other HR projects and activities as needed.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably from Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Communication, or related fields.
• Proficient in Canva and/or PowerPoint; able to create visually appealing and well-structured presentations.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and interested in HR and content creation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Having a portfolio of Canva/PPT designs or content is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang.
