Job Description
- Support to follow up recruitment advertising, posting jobs and employment brand development on Channels/social networks: Facebook, Intranet, E-Noticeboard, Notice board…
- Support to design recruitment poster
- Coordinates and arranges Interview
- Greets candidates and directs them to appropriate rooms.
- Support to carry out HR administrative tasks
- Complete other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor/College degree.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving.
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange and Outlook & design
- Ability to communicate fluently in the Vietnamese language and English of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
