What they need
Key responsibilities
- Help post job adverts and screen applications to shortlist candidates for vacant roles
- Help arrange interviews for the selected candidates
- Coordinate interview logistics and follow up with candidates to keep the hiring process timely
- Manage routine correspondence and filing so HR processes run without delays
- Assist to organise small staff events and recognition to keep morale steady across sites
About you
- Currently studying a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for record keeping and simple reporting
- Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude when dealing with staff at all levels
- Curious and coachable, eager to learn practical HR work in a hands-on environment
