HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, joining formalities, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Support preparation and maintenance of HR-related documents and reports.
• Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Coordinate with employees regarding routine HR queries.
• Support HR team in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA/B.Com/BA or any relevant graduation.
• Freshers and candidates pursuing HR-related courses are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
