About the Role

HarEvent is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment and hiring operations. The role involves handling candidate calls, coordinating interviews, and assisting the HR team in building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidate resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates over phone/video.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records and hiring trackers.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and relevant platforms.
• Follow up with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
• Assist in onboarding documentation for selected candidates.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and recruitment tasks.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on recruitment pipeline status.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to candidates.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) is a plus.
