HR INTERN

About the role

This role involves assisting the HR team with day-to-day recruitment, staffing, and administrative functions to support efficient HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR team in handling day-to-day recruitment and staffing activities
• Review and organize applicant information and help coordinate interview schedules
• Update and maintain accurate employee information, records, and HR files
• Coordinate with employees and applicants regarding schedules, requirements, and other HR concerns
• Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations

About you

• Currently a 4th year college student taking up Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• With basic understanding of HR functions
• Highly organized, attentive to details, and capable of handling multiple tasks
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well with others
• Preferably based in Parañaque City or nearby areas
