Experience: Fresher to 1 years

Qualification:- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred. BBA / B.Com / BA or any graduation with an interest in Human Resources is also suitable.

Responsibilities & Duties

Support recruitment, employee coordination, documentation and other Human Resources activities.

• Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules.
• Maintain employee and recruitment records.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Support HR documentation and reporting.
• Assist with employee engagement activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
