About Talent Craft India

Talent Craft India is a skill development platform focused on helping children develop practical and creative skills through live online classes. We offer programs such as Chess, Rubik’s Cube, Coding, Public Speaking, Phonics, Art & Craft, Guitar, Keyboard and Piano.

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern who wants to gain practical experience in Human Resources, recruitment and workplace operations.

What You Will Learn

During the internship, you will gain practical exposure to:

• Recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Job posting and resume screening.
• Interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
• Employee onboarding and documentation.
• Attendance and leave management.
• Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
• Basic HR policies and procedures.
• Employee communication and engagement.
• Professional communication and workplace etiquette.
• Day-to-day HR operations and office work culture.
• Using Google Sheets, MS Excel and other HR-related tools.
• Understanding how HR processes are implemented in a real organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR activities.
• Source and screen candidates for open positions.
• Post job openings on relevant recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and the management team.
• Maintain candidate and employee records.
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
• Track attendance, leave and other employee-related information.
• Communicate with candidates and employees professionally.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Follow up with candidates and employees on pending requirements.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a professional workplace environment.

• Students, freshers and recent graduates can apply.

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Work Location

This is an on-site internship. The intern will work closely with the HR and management team and receive practical exposure to day-to-day HR activities.
