HR Intern

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies and screening resumes.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants.
• Help maintain and organize employee and HR records.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation activities.
• Support daily HR administrative tasks and documentation.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, forms, and other documents.
• Help coordinate employee engagement and company activities.
• Assist with attendance and other HR-related monitoring.
• Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably required to complete an internship/OJT as part of the academic program.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
