What You’ll Do

• Support recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.
• Assist with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with different teams to implement HR projects and administrative processes.
• Assist with internal communications and HR reporting.
• Contribute ideas and promote ongoing people and culture initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong interest in Human Resources and people operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous internship, volunteer, or leadership experience.
• Familiarity with HR processes
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and employee engagement practices.
• Background in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
