HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with job posting and resume screening.
• Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
• Assist with employee onboarding and document preparation.
• Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
• Support attendance, training, and employee management activities.
• Assist in preparing recruitment and HR reports.
• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or Lark.
• Interested in recruitment and Human Resources.
• Willing to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga.
• Candidates who can provide OJT/Internship requirements or school documents are preferred.
