What they need
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Recruitment team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sourcing profiles from Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other job portals
Initial screening and telephonic interview of candidates
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers / branch managers
Maintaining recruitment database and tracker
Handling bulk hiring for F&B roles - Captain, Waiter, Kitchen Staff, Housekeeping
Support in job posting and campus drives
Daily follow-up and offer letter process
Required Skills:
- Pursuing / Completed MBA in HR or any degree
- Good communication skills in Tamil, English & Hindi is added advantage
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
- Willingness to do field recruitment if required
- Immediate joiner preferred
