HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Screen resumes, assist in scheduling interviews, coordinate with candidates, and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Help prepare onboarding materials, coordinate orientation schedules for new hires, and assist with document verification.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HR databases, and digital filing systems with strict confidentiality.
• Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of internal HR initiatives, team activities, and employee recognition programs.
• Policy & Compliance: Assist in drafting and updating basic HR documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policy handbooks.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Provide operational support to the HR team on ongoing projects and queries.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
• Interpersonal Abilities: High level of discretion, ethics, and ability to handle confidential information sensitive to HR.
• Aptitude: Eager to learn, quick adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
