HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern with excellent communication skills to coordinate with students, candidates, and client companies. The candidate will support recruitment, candidate coordination, and client communication activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with students and candidates regarding job opportunities, interviews, and recruitment updates.
• Coordinate with client companies regarding candidate requirements and interview schedules.
• Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Make calls to candidates and clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and companies.
• Maintain candidate and client databases and recruitment records.
• Assist the HR team with recruitment and placement activities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with students, candidates, and clients.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with students, candidates, and company clients.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Ability to make professional calls and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good coordination skills.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
