What you will do: - Source and screen candidates using job boards and online platforms - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to speed up recruiting workflows - Read job descriptions and match them to the right candidates - Keep application trackers updated and coordinate interviews Required skills: - Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms - Understanding of job boards and online recruiting platforms - Ability to read and interpret job descriptions - Ability to complete online application forms accurately - Strong written English and attention to detail - Good internet research skills - Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes Mandatory requirements: - Own laptop/computer - Stable internet connection - Ability to learn and use AI productivity tools - Ability to work independently and follow documented processes - High attention to accuracy and confidentiality Job details: - Location: Remote, India (fully remote) - Job type: Part-time internship, minimum 20 hours per week - Pay: INR 5,000 per month - Duration: 3 to 6 months How to apply: email [email protected] with subject "HR Intern - Remote"
