What they need
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events..
- Assist in conducting surveys and gathering employee feedback for analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Perform general duties to support the HR team’s daily operations.
Pay: Rs15,000.00 per month
