Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee engagement activities
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations
• Coordinate with employees and different teams

Requirements

• Freshers / students pursuing HR, MBA/PGDM or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
