Position: HR Intern

Location: Wadi ,Nagpur

Reports To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager

1. Role Purpose:

To assist the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities while gaining practical experience in HR operations.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

Support campus recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.

Assist with joining formalities and employee onboarding.

Maintain employee records and recruitment trackers.

Support attendance management and HR documentation.

Prepare recruitment MIS reports and perform other HR activities as assigned.

3. Qualifications & Experience:

BBA, B.Com, MBA (HR), or any graduate pursuing a career in HR.

Freshers are welcome.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

4. Required Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a team.
