JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an HR Intern to support recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. This internship provides practical exposure to day-to-day HR and recruitment processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source candidates through job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and follow-ups.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment data and MIS.
• Assist the HR team with daily recruitment activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume screening.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a recruitment environment.
