HR Intern

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield)
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year
Employment Type: Internship

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR team in recruitment and hiring activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers during the recruitment process.
• Assist with joining and onboarding activities.
• Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
• Support day-to-day HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with HR documentation and other tasks as required.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
