Role Summary:
Support the Human Resources team in daily operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes. Gain hands-on experience in HR functions, suitable for freshers seeking a career in Human Resources.

What Youll Do:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
