HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
• Work on job portals and recruitment platforms to source relevant candidates as per the requirements.
• Conduct candidate follow-up calls regarding interview schedules, availability, and recruitment updates.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews to assess candidate suitability based on the JD.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers regarding interview availability, schedules, feedback, and candidate status.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth coordination.
• Update and maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview status.
• Assist in sharing JDs, coordinating interview links, and communicating interview details with candidates.
• Support the HR team in daily recruitment and coordination activities and ensure timely closure of assigned requirements.
• Assist in preparing basic recruitment MIS and reports related to sourcing, interviews, follow-ups, and closures.

Expected hours: 5.0 per week
